Q. Where can I find this certain Pokémon?

Q. I keep battling with the same Pokémon over and over but I don't see it's happiness raising. Why is this?
A. The Pokémon's happiness is raising, you just can't see it until it meets the requirements of a new heart. We have a guide detailing the functionality of happiness which can be found here: [Link Needed]

Q. I got a message from somebody asking to change my password / email or give them my password. What do I do about this?
A. This is a scam to try and gain access to your account and steal your Pokémon or the account entirely. Don't ever change your password or email if someone asks you - Pokémon Vortex representatives will never ask you to do this as it's not necessary.
