    I have had an idea that could be financially beneficial to us both. 

    Pokemon Vortex Vaults 

    This could be a service where people can keep there Pokemon for safekeeping and training. We could also add in higher levels of membership for more experience and for catching Pokemon. This service is something that would have to be paid for however. This is why I am asking for your approval on this since it is against the ToS. If you approve I could give you 20% of all profits on this business.

      Who's this "we"? It sounds like you're just suggesting an idea you want Patrick to implement to the game.

      It's against the ToS. Maybe it's against the Tos for a reason? Nah, probably not, Patrick wasn't thinking when he made that. Go on.

      Let's get this straight. You suggest an idea with little detail on how it can be implemented, the mechanics of such a system, etc, and expect 80% of all profits for doing literally nothing? Not to mention you're a random person on the internet trying to profit off a free to play game.
