Immediately after catching a Pokemon you can check the pokedex and find out what number your catch is in the game. People often when catching a newly introduced Pokemon or event Pokemon will check the pokedex to see that.

Meloetta is part of V3, however the event for it hasn't yet occurred thus no one has it yet.

You had to search the cave land maps for Zygarde (Cell)'s & Zygarde (Core)'s. Then purchase a DNA splicer from the event centre. You had to fuse 10 cells with one core to form a Zygarde (Partial). You needed five partial's to fuse with a Zygarde in order to make a Zygarde (Complete). That is how the event worked.

You can find Darkrown in the Electric & Ghost maps at night.
Mewtwo (Armor) is a donation only pokemon so you can not find it on the maps. However it isn't available at the moment but it will come back around in the future at some point.
