1. The exact percentage of the spawn rate of Poipole or any UB is not public information since the beginning of v5. Sorry!
 
2. Beast Balls ONLY work on UB. It does NOT work on other class of pokemon (such as common, rare, legendary, ...). Only for UBs.

You can get Vortex/Beast Balls opening Mystery Boxes  with real money OR buying them on PokéBay with pokédollars (in-game currency). Also there is a CHANCE to get Beast Balls after completion of Alola region Sidequests. About happiness points... after each battle you win your pokémon gain 1-2 point(s), so for 1 Heart of happiness your pokémon must need about 60-70 battles.

Yes, we are allowed to do that kind of trade (hunting for requested pokemon). However, I suggest to have some pokemon already to offer (dupes of popular leggies, unique starters, unique "rare" pokes, lvl 6 immunes, etc...). Because hunting for specific pokemon will take alot of time... Example: someone requests your hunting service for a shiny Rayquaza or any unique Necrozma... it'll take several days, but if you already have any of them.... then you just trade them to ppl (this is just an example).

Nope. However, those 'Necrozma forms' r events which r not released yet. There's supposed to be an event for them, someday in the future....

It gets rejected bcoz You put brackets in the nickname. There is a stupid rule that does not permit to put brackets in the nickname!
I believe there is a future feature which will allow to reset nicknames to have them back to normal, but You will need to wait for that in the upcoming updates.

There are multiple wayz to get Avatars...
1) You can get "basic" Avatars by login reward.
2) Doing Sidequestz drop an Avatar at the end of each region.
3) Open a mistery box, give u a chance to get a "Premium" Avatar.
4) You can also bid/buy them in PokéBay.
 
Since, u are badly looking for a Victini Avatar... I have to tell u that it's a "Rare" (Premium) Avatar!..... so, u will have to search for one in the PokéBay and bid and win one!!!

Well, yep... Salandit can only evolve when is female (similar to Combee from the Gen IV ).

And for answer your question... No, there aren't "new pokes" that evolve based on Gender, besides.

Actually you CAN see the Happiness of any of your pokes. The question mark means that it is 0 "level" of Happiness. You just need to battle more...

Hi! In v4, time of the day on the maps is NO longer optional and now works according the time of the server (UK time zone). In other words.... You CAN'T change from night to day, bruh.

No, you r NOT able to send pokeballs/potions/stones or any other stuff to anyone. And there is no point on send items that everybody can get easily, bcuz potions, stones and other stuff are cheap and u can get Masterballs doing all the SideQuests!

Since happiness points per battle is randomized (1 or 2), players would need somewhere between 37 to 73 battles in order to gain 1 heart for your Pokemon.

It's allowed to have multiple accounts in game, don't worry about that. I tell u as example that I known other people who have 5 or more than 10 accounts for same purpose as yours ( one of them is the currently Top Trainer 2 ).
 
What is not allowed is to have more than one account here on the forums ( idk exactly why, but is not allowed ).
 
Also if you are looking for complete all the different patterns of Vivillon, another way to doing is via trade here...

It's valuable because firstly it has 20 different appearances with a pattern determined depending on each user account (one per account). In addition to that in March of this year, there was a vivillon event, where you could get 2 different appearances of this pokemon for a limited period of time.   These are all different appearances (forms):     The last two Vivillons of the picture are from the event.
