you need to beat all of the gyms, elite fours, champions and battle facilities
if you have already done that then you can go on the maps and look for them, but they are rare

In the top right of the screen, click the dropdown thing that is next to your forum name, go to "Account Settings", and from there you can see your email and change it, along w/some other stuff

Never mind that, I didn't read the question I thought it was about your forum account sorry

Currently there is no way to view/change email for your PV account
