There are no set rates for these pokemon,it is completely subjective as each person values pokemon differently based on his own valuation of their importance for him.
that being said,you can always ask around regarding what some active traders do get them for,so you have a rough idea 

Shiny Pokémon have 25% more HP than Normal Pokémon and Dark Pokémon do 25% more damage than Normal Pokémon. Mystic Pokémon have a chance to scare the defending Pokémon whenever they attack (scaring is another status effect). Metallic Pokémon have 25% more defence than Normal Pokemon and Shadow Pokémon have immunity to status effects such as Sleep (Not yet added)

you cannot change your username in-game/on the forums on the account you're currently using
The only alternative is a new account(multiple forum accounts are not allowed though)

depends on whether or not the pokemon in question are botted,irrespective of the OT if they are botted then they will be eventually removed

when you hit wonder trade for a pokemon,it automatically gets traded to some other person who also has his pokemon on wonder trade,and you cannot view/reverse this process,which is the whole point of random trade .It has been designed in order to replicate the same feature in the nintendo games,and it is advisable you hit that button with caution from next time

I use mega scizor,it has 3 moves each of which do 200 dmg exact
the weaker moves can be found on anything

Event pokemon always have the possibility for repetition,such as the kyurem event,which happened twice

its not possible to "hack" vortex accounts,if such a smart hacker did happen to exist he'd go for top trainer accounts rather than yours

@GodsWithin,each time you finish the sinnoh sidequests,you will receive a splash plate,which will not stack up.You need to use this plate to transform an arceus which you obtained either before or after the sidequests,it doesnt matter.However you need to use your current splash plate before you obtain another one

most of the botted exp has been removed from the game(most of it)
so odds are the exp is legit

vortex trade is down for maintenance for everyone,not just you

also,read the forum guidelines before posting,this thread should be under questions

1.a donation pokemon is one you get by donating real money to support the website,hence the name
popular ones include ,etc 
these pokemon are otherwise unobtainable as of now,and therefore have a reasonably high value in terms of trade
 
2.they end up with millions of exp by spending hours on training their pokemon by either using training accounts or other ways of battling such as sidequests
