Poipole can be encountered in any of the grass patches on route 13, there are no cases overall of a poke being limited in that way.
Ultra beasts are incredibly rare and can take a long time or a lot of luck to find.

I just had a look and it looks like you have all of your ribbons apart from the 8th one (Galar). You can find legendaries from every region except Galar at this point. If you'd like to look at your badges/ribbons, you can click on your username in the top left corner of the game and the ribbons are shown along the bottom, and one of the red buttons can show you your badge collection.

Legendary pokemon appear just like any other pokemon (except much less often!)

v5 only came out about 10 weeks ago, lets not get too ahead of ourselves.
Things like new avatars and sprites can come at any time, new things will continually be added during v5.

Into the Unown pt 2 is a postponed event, it involved Unown (1) and Unown (0) but we haven't been given all the details of what part 2 will involve.
The Unown Cave is a permanent part of the new maps, the only temporary thing is the Unown 1s and 0s that can be found there as a rare encounter.

Items aren't equipped to pokemon like in other pokemon games, if you're looking to give an item for evolution, you just have to own the necessary item and then go to the evolution page to use it. (the + icon under your pokemon when viewing your team/viewing all pokemon)

Wiki feed is restricted to wiki editors and moderator/admin roles, its just an automated feed of wiki updates to help us maintain it. it gets quite spammy

Experience, clan battles and number of members are factors.
Similar to other point systems around the site like seasonals, you need at least 1 point in each area of the formula - so for instance if your clan has not won any clan battles I believe it will be stuck on 0 clan points as a result.

Unown (0) and Unown (1) (or ze and on) were introduced as part of the 10th year anniversary festivities, and are intended to be used in a future event (Into the Unown pt 2) that for now has been postponed. They're classed as event pokemon as they are not going to be a permanent map encounter and will likely disappear from the maps after their respective event.
They can be found in the Unown Cave on Route 21 and are a part of the "rare" pool, similar to starter pokemon.

Wonder trade isn't a priority last I heard, it didn't get used very much when it was in the game outside of events, and ended up as just the same users trying to trade their junk over and over.

Hey there, on our official Vortex discord server there's a discord bot that has commands to see what items and pokemon have recently sold for, it'd probably be a huge help for you in getting familiar with general pricing.

Heya, not sure if anyone else has helped you directly but I had a few ideas of things you could try to remember your username.
Were you in a clan? If you remember the name you'll be able to search it up and see the list of members.
Did you have anything up for trade that you can remember? If so you'll be able to search the poke up.

This is a known glitch that normally occurs when you first start searching maps after logging in. To stop it from happening, catching any map pokemon whenever you notice it happening should fix it for you.

Just try to go at a slower pace while searching, I know its easy to get into a rhythm and stop paying attention.
Maybe practice clicking the arrows with your cursor instead, or taking your finger off the arrow key momentarily between each movement.

Have you tried resetting your password via email?
When you attempt to logon to Vortex, under the username and password section there's a little link called "forgot your password?", if you signed up with a correct email you'll be able to regain entry that way.
