I had an account in V3. i had forgot the username so i created a new account. now i got it back. is it allowed to transfer all pokemon from that acccount to the new one. Also will my pokemons that were traded with usernames that no longer exist create trouble for me in future

I used to play a lot in V3 and decided to join again recently and i find out that all botters are banned. But i last traded with one ,many pokemon as he had excess and he willingly gave me as he had excess. Is my account in danger. Also my friend used an Autocatcher once at the beginning of V4 i guess. He told me he caught only one pokemon with it and when he realized that it was not allowed, he released it and stopped using it. I am asking this on behalf of him. Will he banned for a mistake he did unknowingly.
