    The wiki doesn't always get updated. You need to check your dashboard. It says you can get it at routes 10, 16, 22, Nightshade, and Nightshade Crypt.

    Pkd means Pokedollars, which is the in-game currency.
     
    To catch Pokemon, click explore, then run into grass and if you encounter a Pokemon, press "Battle" and press "Continue", after, try damaging it but don't attack to much or you can't catch it. Try damaging it to 10-20 hp then throw a pokeball. To throw a Pokeball, press Any Pokeball you like then press "Use Item". I'd recommend Ultra Balls.
     
    To trade, press "Your Account" then click Trade Pokemon. Then search the Pokemon you want. If your interested in a Pokemon, click "Offer" and click "All your Pokemon". Then, check the Pokemon you will give in exchange for the Pokemon you saw and press "Offer Pokemon" when done.

    And then, click Mentions and My Content.
    Lastly, uncheck the Notification List button.
    And you are finally free from spam notifications.
