There are 3 ways to get flygon avatar
1) Mystery Boxes (have chance to get 1)
2) Sidequest regions: Hoenn, Almia, Orre
(Have chance to drop)
3) pokebay (have to wait until some one list)

What's the difference between Normal, Shiny, Dark, Mystic, Metallic and Shadow Variants?
 
Shiny Pokémon has 25% more HP than Normal Pokémon and Dark Pokémon does 25% more damage than Normal Pokémon. Mystic Pokémon has a chance to scare the defending Pokémon whenever they attack (scaring is another status effect). Metallic Pokémon have 25% more defense than Normal Pokemon and Shadow Pokémon have immunity to status effects such as Sleep.

When ever you list pokemon in trade or in pokebay it simple remove from your pokedex for example, 
Situation 1). When you have pokemon in your box or In other words not listed in pokebay or in trade.

 
Situation 2). When you list in pokebay or in trade it simply removed from your Dex.

You need atleast 1x pokemon in your box to show in dex...
 

Average Experience = Total Experience/Total Uniques (including dupes )

->Donations only existed in V3 and those who donated got a donor account.
->In V4 and V5 all the donation have become premium (pokemons / membership).

1) Catch, battle, evolve and catch again. It works the same way the regular global leaderboard does except that only progress of the month is contributed to your points.
2) This varies from player to player because it depends  how fast you as a specific player can do certain things or if you have a high attention span for repetitive processes. There is no right or wrong answer to this, it's opinion-based.
3) Yes, as of November 2020, the prize is the Galarian bird trio.

Training accounts are already existed in game.
So I think there is no need to made another ones...

No, if a botted pokemon found. it resetted to its original level.(100 lvl , 50000 exp)
Ot may got banned & it may or may not affect to new owner depends on situations...

Sweet apple & tart apple is obtained from sidequest prize not 100% depends on drop rate.
Or you can buy sweet or tart from auction or you can directly buy evolved pokemon from trade or from auction....

After beating all gym of respective region you got a ribbon on your profile
After getting a ribbon you are able to encounter legendary of respective region
For example : kanto ribbon by getting kanto ribbon you are able to encounter kanto legendary Pokemons
