I think the rates on MB's should increase a bit. Lots of people (including me) do not get the worth of the price they are paying for them. Doesn't have to be a big raise,just a little bit higher. Also,I think the top/middle/bottom tiers should be adjusted. Middle tiers should be more rare to get but include unique genesect/keldeo/rotom/vivillon and all of the "cheap" forms,combined with beast/vortex balls/exp boosts. Tops should include the stuff that are actually considered top,like arceus/deo/complete/volcanion etc. combined with fossils or higher amounts of beast balls/items or whatever item could be considered top in that range.
