Been searching for days and only getting normal Turtwigs. Also I can give some of these pokemon I found on the way

1) Mystic 2) Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina 3) Garchomp 4) R3Z (myself) 5) Cynthia or N 6) Garchomp or Tyranitar

I bought a Dark Spiritomb from an auction and it has the Will-O-Wisp attack which is not in a Spiritomb's learnt attacks nor in the purchasable attacks. So is there any way to teach a Pokemon a move which is not in it's purchasable attacks?
