I dont think this would be easy anyways but what is the need of extracting the data of pokedex, You can just go and search for pokes in the pokedex If you wanna see for completion of pokedex or just contact with the person who has extracted the info of pokedex and ask him the easiest way to do so ! I can suggest only this much I hope it helps

Actually I think Closing topics is in control of the operators and admin and maybe Retired Staffs, In trade topics Only the Operators and Admin can close the topic if its of no use, And in Asking Questions topic the Admin, Operator and the guy (Who has asked the question) can close the topic by marking other guy's answer as The Solution. If you mark my answer the solution the topic will itself close after sometime Hope I have helped 🙂

Hmm this happened with me too but it got sorted, You should try evolving it at 18:00 in Vortex which is commonly known as midnight, I evolved my Rockruff at 17:00 pm in Vortex Just check your timezone cuz all time zones are different for players in Vortex according to what time zone they have selected, Not for sure but check all requirements 🙂

Yes we can get that legendary pokemons 100s of times! For example I own 5 Groudons and I caught them!
