You can. The team is saved in Formations, but you can change it any time.
At least that is how the RPG games I played worked, please correct me if I am wrong.

No mega evolutions are unofficial. They exist and that is what makes them official.
First, the addins would be too much for the server. This game is a browser Pokemon game, not made by TPC.
Also, MEGA evolutions gotten by hearts would sky drop after that. Throwing balls? That is how we catch pokemon. There can and can not be an animation, so do not force it. Pokepuffs? Later you will lask where did all your money go.

Also, if you get the same thing, you get it as an avatar delivered to your inventory. You can sell it over auctions,but people will not be stopped from bidding.

Zeraora is the rarest, while the other pokes are just a matter of personal showing and hoarding pokes. Correct me if I am wrong. Lycarnoc is a evolution that is easy to get. Eevee is a rare, but I have a preference over Shiny Eevees.
Pikachu and Pichu are the same poke. Shines of the both are very wanted, so I will not complain.
Zeraora, however, is a store poke selling for 15 dollars and 70m pokedollars.

You are selling promos, right?
1- Luvdisc cannot be a promo,as the only way to get it is logging in on Valentines day.
2-How can you have 3 Zubat promos?

Transform makes Ditto the pokemon that is fighting him. The Ditto/Transformed Ditto can do the same attacks as the poke, has the same defence and attack if both of the pokes are level 100 and does not need to send effects to the pokemon because that would be considered godmodding at some point.
To me, your idea seems weird.
The attacks you stated above are already having a good effect on the POKEMON that is attacking/ lowering def and atk of the other poke, why add damage?
