    I defeated the gym region for kyogre,groudon,and rayquaza but i can never encounter them.I think the legendary rate should go up or I might quit😭

      Legendaries are indeed hard to find.
      I don't mind it too much, but I can understand the frustration if you can't find a specific one that you really want to have.

      If you want to catch them yourself it'll require patience.
      If you don't mind if it's another trainer's Pokémon originally, trading or using Pokébay can be other options.
