Alt accounts are fine, many players use them for multiple reasons (storage / shared account - usually ends up being double crossed / vivillon variants), so you should be safe. I know people who use alt accounts to do multi bidding and thats kinda scummy.

Prices are given by various users think of it like ebay, some prices are overinflated by some users since they either dont know the true value or think i want alot of money and puts a random price. You can use the vortex discord bot to see average prices of pokemon and items to get a true value of things.
There is alot to discuss on this but general rule of thumb if the price is too high you can ignore them and look for the same thing at lower prices using the search.

Gigantamax is still not available to obtain in the game yet only trainers in battle tower have them.
