Average Experience = Total Experience/Total Uniques(including doubles)

Yes the damage will be the same. Pokemon Vortex doesn't have Stats, EVs and IVs added yet.

The only person who gets banned is the one who botted or glitched the Pokemon. If you didn't do anything you don't get banned.
