No one currently knows when the next event is (v4 IS NOT an event ).
Anyway ....even if there IS an upcoming event it is most likely that it will be posted on the "Upcoming Events" section in the forums .

Accounts from v2 did not get carried to v3 ......so you must have lost your account during the update and will have to start fresh..
