    1. We do have such a thing. A soft ban is to further investigate a situation. Usually this is not needed due to its easy to tell when someone is usually cheating. 2. The Pokemon will not be deleted unless it was obtain through some glitch that was abused, it's tied to the account so it's stuck there. 3. Shared connections always run the risk for anything. The more you share anything, be a network, account, etc, the more risk you take of something bad happening.

    You can buy a Master Ball in the Pokebay. Either you don't have enough money, someone is outbidding you, or you're mixing up the Pokebay for the Pokemart, which does not sell Master Balls.

      I haven't been looking much, but I do occasionally check the grass maps for whichever one appears there.

    No there is not an appeal process. Accounts that have been subjected to being banned have been 100% sure that the account itself was found to be cheating (Automated gameplay of ANY kind) or abusing glitches. So, it could have been you or maybe you shared your account with someone, but it was found to be cheating.

    Ultra Beast have an extremely low spawn rate, Xurkitree is also found on any of the Fire or Electric Maps.

    @rotoms5 please make sure you're using the proper tags when making a topic and in the proper section, like if you have a question, create the topic in "Ask a question" and the tags are used to find and answer topics quicker. To answer your question " Starting November 1st 2018, the Pokémon contents of Mystery Boxes will be changed monthly to resolve two issues within Pokémon Vortex's trade and auction economy. The first issue being that some old event Pokémon are impossible to obtain due to very low numbers of them existing. The second issue is that the current Mystery Box Pokémon drop of Rotom forms are too high and rapidly lose value as more boxes are obtained and opened. " So yes, they will change monthly.

    Accounts that are banned are checked out 100% before they are banned. If you're account was banned, your account was confirmed to be doing something it shouldn't be doing. Cheating, scamming, etc.

    Sorry to say but that is your fault. The other person is not required to give it back nor are admins required to fix a mistake that you did. Nothing can/will be done about the situation.

    You cannot change the time, the Pokemon Vortex time is based off of UK time.

    It's all down to luck. Sometimes you can find them back to back and sometimes you won't see one all day.
