Is it possible that the trade home tab be cleaned? I see some listed Pokémons from 8 to 10 years ago. It would be fine to remove those I think because who would want to make an offer for it (it's old). the player is probably not coming back or is banned. so. this might make that functionality more efficient and cleaner too. Maybe limit the listing dor a year or two. I checked some owners of those listings and most of them's last logged in were in 2019 and 2020.

I really like Pokemon Vortex so far. It's a fun game and I have been hooked on it since accidentally finding it. However there are a few quality of life features I think should be added: * Each person should be able to get a guaranteed spawn of each legendary once which could have a stipulation of never being shiny or something. However, after catching that individual the player can then find more in the wild at the same low chance. * Sinnoh Gym Leaders need better teams. They use Pokemon based on their Diamond and Pearl teams when their Platinum teams are obviously better. Maybe try mixing their Diamonnd and Pearl teams with their Platinum teams? ** Alternatively, try making a feature where each special trainer has a pool of possible Pokemon they could use. * There is a little too much grinding. While not anywhere near as terrible as Pokemon Go, the EXP payouts are somewhat too low when battling even high-leveled trainers. * A world map which shows where you are on the map would be nice. I am often stuck between Steelmouth City, Routes 9, 11, 13, etc, and that general area due to getting lost and ended up using the lemonade stand in Route 24 as a landmark (I also pretend to work there just for fun). * Live Player-VS-Player battles would be a cool feature. * There should be an option to make Pokemon and items available to buy instantly on PokeBay if desired instead of an auction like on real eBay. I know how this works because I was addicted to eBay in real life once so I know all the ins and outs of making a feature like this. Thanks for hearing me out.

I recently got an idea that just Popped in my head, Its a shiny charm for like every region to boost the shiny odds for normal shinies, rare shinies and legendary shinies So heres how it May work, so you gotta beat a full gyms for that region (My ex for now is Kanto) and finish the NORMAL only pokedex, and you get a shiny charm randomly placed in your account that boosts shiny odds by like 25% and finding a legendary odds to 25%~ and rares 25%~ so it is easier to find a mewtwo with it than normal. I forgot the normal odds for finding shinies but I think without a shiny charm chance is 1/4096? well thats my little idea Make a mega shuckle and ledian for April fools

hello, just wondering if there is a setting somewhere to make the forum visually readable. not sure if it is just me but here is what I am seeing on my phone. same thing on Chrome or Firefox. theme config on my phone and browser are both light themes because I find it hard to read on dark mode. PS. if this has no alternative please do reply to this post. I would appreciate it instead of not being told at all. thank you for reading.

Overall, I've been enjoying Pokemon Vortex! I just came across it one night and I got hooked! Whoever created this game is a genius! I'm not usually on the forums (except the starting day) but I'm usually exploring the world searching for a Giratina. (If you encounter me don't battle me unless you're prepared!)

Can we have a change in releasing pokemons? Is there a way i can release many pokemon at once?

I was thinking if the game could be a little more improved, cause first of all the battle animation is very boring, in fact there is no battle animation, it is just clicking buttons, I am not asking it be 3d, at least give it a gen 1 game animation so stuff actually moves, and I was thinking also add more interactions, like grunts or npc trainers on the routes, because I am not going to the map anymore unless I am catching, and I was thinking also give the game more story to follow, like you know how it works, maybe also add MORE vortex pokemon, tell me what do you guys think

Hey, Lately Ive been hunting and catching more in the game and while I was in route 6 & 7 I noticed something about Hippowdon. I remember seeing a cool dark grey looking Hippowdon somewhere so I searched it up and apparently its not the shiny version of Hippowdon but instead its the female version of it. After finding this out, I tried evolving both male and female Hippopotas (Normal variant) and they both looked the same. I was pretty surprised to see they both ended up the same so I thought i´d bring this up on forums. I think this deserves to be in game because its a legitimate thing in the Pokedex and in the games. I think it looks awesome and it would be a nice addition to the game. Please consider, thanks!

I won't say all the rules are annoying, but there is one rule that I have already hated the since the first time it messed with me, that is the bidding too fast wait a UNLUCKY second rule! it costed me a auction cause right when I was about to win someone outbid me and I try to bid, but the stupid rule will let me ta da! he won't auction took my dream pokemon, with the help with that damn rule! I tell you what that rule is not making poke bay a fair place, it is making poke bay a corrupted market! please tell your thoughts on this and maybe remove the rule, cause if I lose another auction due to this, I am going to report the poke bay and burn it ashs man!

i keep getting these sexy dating ads and i don't like it, i mean there is children playing this game, thats is so not appropriate, and i also think people should only choose their true love by heart, cause the dating ad clearly focus your dates on beauty rather than heart, and I'm not saying that don't use it, I'm saying that is disrespecting people who don't have a beautiful face to smile with, plus i think you should choose your true love by heart rather than beauty, cause it can sometimes trick you. that is just my thoughts, if you want to share something comment below. i would like to see your thoughts.

Allow users to see what Pokemon they already own of a specific species and variant by hovering over the Pokeball at the encounter screen. Similar to what the Pokeball with the green plus looks like, you can just hover over that and see the following. > Dark Geodude (4) > Dark Graveler > Dark Golem (2)

Allow users to view all variants of the Pokemon species and its evolutions by searching for "+<pokemon>" similar to how Pokemon GO does. This can help greatly for those who wish to 100% complete their living dex and need to decide what to train and evolve next. Please display a message if a ball fails to catch when it is used. I honestly thought the game was bugged or that I was doing something wrong when I first tried to use a ball and had to seek help from the forum. This is a new player trap that could be easily fixed.

I've been playing this game since the crater days and am super impressed with how far its come. That being here a few ideas that I have moving forward that I think would retain the player base, increase store purchases, and improve quality of life for players. Ideas are not listed in any particular order. 1) More frequent non-pokemon themed events that will keep player interests between main events. Not sure why these have not happened in awhile or how difficult they are to incorporate but here a few options many of which have been done. 2x EXP 2x pokedollar payouts Increased legendary, Ultra Beast, Shiny spawn rates Increased rare prize drop rates for sidequests Swarm events where certain pokemon spawn 2) A "release tab" option after catching a pokemon. As long as seasonal scores still include unique catches it would be great to not have to go through hundreds of common pokemon and release them one by one each month. Another option would be "bulk releases" similar to how you can select multiple pokemon to be put up for trade at once. I know you can always have an alternative seasonal account but that prevents you from improving your main account and showing placement there each month. You could list the seasonal catches for trade but that dilutes the rare/valuable trades and becomes a pain to manage. 3) When Gigantamax pokemon become available there should be a mix of ways to evolve them. Some gigantamax forms should be item based. If the pokemon normally evolves with items (appleton, flapple, melmetal, and alcremie) the gigantamax form should require more of the same items. Like you must feed flapple 10x sour apples for it to evolve. I think Alcremie should require 1 of each sweet to reach gigantmax form. This would bring value back to items that have quickly fallen off in value. It would also likely cause a surge in mystery box purchases. Other gigantamax forms can be a combination of normal search events or high EXP thresholds (maybe 1 million exp?). 4) In addition to Halloween Events each year players should be able to resurrect Kabutops and Aerodactly (Fossil) from dome fossils and old ambers on Halloween Day each year. This one is just my personal desire to have these pokemon back in the game. I miss the neon green version of kabutops (fossil) from way back in the day. 5) Add daily, weekly, and monthly challenges for prizes. It is nice logging in and getting a daily reward but it would also be cool to have daily tasks that give prizes to players each month. There could be a tier list for daily tasks completed (10 days/month low tier, 20 mid, all days high) to determine prizes. Prizes could be stated or random each month. Having weekly and monthly goals could also result in top tier prizes or you could use some kind of challenge system to determine seasonal winners. I think that would be hard to incorporate for seasonals but if the goal is to get players to play consistently and often each month having hard to achieve goals that determine seasonal rank would certainly freshen up the current system. Here are some possible examples of challenges. Again there is a lot of flexibility here and I think making each month different would be a more fun and dynamic way to award points. Daily: catch 20 shiny pokemon, battle Cynthia and win 15 times, catch 2 legendary pokemon, etc Weekly: Complete 200 gym battles, catch a unique ultra beast, catch 10 unique starter pokemon, etc Monthly: Complete the Galar sidequests 3 times, Catch a specific shiny legendary or UB, complete 1000 Season Battle Tower battles, etc 6) Add a sidequest completion counter to user profiles. Another way to flex and a cool stat to track. 7) Add companion pokemon behind character models when searching. It would be awesome to have the first pokemon in your team appear behind you while roaming the map. This might be hard to accomplish or costly but its just a cool future idea. 8 ) Add a "Watch" column as a main column when browsing PokeBay auctions. It is frustrating to search for auctions, click on one, watch it, and then not be able to go back to that search query. Adding a "Watch" column directly after the "Started By" column would just make the whole process smoother. 9) Add a sort by experience feature to PokeBay. Would be a good filter to help people sell high exp pokemon that might otherwise not be seen or clicked on if the exp is on common pokemon. 10) View top 100 or exp rank of particular pokemon. It would be cool to see where your specific pokemon ranks if it is not the top pokemon for its species. Could be a bot function on discord such as !rank ID# Thank you to all devs, mods, and players that make this an awesome community. Congrats on Vortex's recent 8 year anniversary! Hoping for many more years of fun.

so im just wondering if there is or is going to be a feature in which lets you trade items in the game from player to player. there has been several times where i needed a particular evo stone or item from another player but arnt able to just trade .

I remember back in the day these hunting events came along with double exp/money in battles Can we please bring those back? Searching the maps for legendary spawn pokemon feels like a huge waste of time given how luck based it is (my friend literally found the Pichu Halloween in his first encounter after the event started, while it took me like almost 2 hours to get one. Not to mention the 3 consecutive Zapdos that I found later... Not only it may take a while to have a legendary show up, but then you have a 50/50 of being a [somewhat] useless repeat instead of what you're looking for.) I much rather take the double money/exp (which is basically a guaranteed result for the time invested) route and then buy the event pokemon on the auctions later with said money. I get it that event pokemon should feel special in a way (thus hard to find), but it's nice to have the alternative option, you know

people swear a lot but when you playing a game you could get messages that have swearing in it. Perhaps a lonely hunter swears when i chat to him so i think they should ban swearing in this game

Hi Vortex Dev Team, Before the update, I've been going through sidequests to accumulate battles and exp for seasonals anyway, so I don't have an issue (I like) the update to seasonals. I understand that there are ongoing conversations about adding sidequests rewards to season battle tower, that's great! My one qualm now is - My main source of income (pds) used to be from the end of each sidequest region (~1.3 - 1.4m pds each round). However, now that I'm transitioning from sidequests to battle tower to compete in each season, I am concerned about losing my main source of income and that I'd be very poor very soon 😭 Can some sort of "earn X amount of pokedollars" (and avatars) be added to the season battle tower, soon? Hi. I would suggest that the Pokémon teams in the Galar gym leaders section, Galar league battles section, and all villainous teams in special battles section must have gender changes in certain Pokémon as the teams put all male gender Pokémon.

So this is basically just a normal feedback and hope the developers read it. I have been playing the game for a year now and have noticed that there are very few lags in the game, which is absolutely a very good thing considering it an online game. However, when it is the time for events in the game, I face the issues of lags and timeouts frequently as the number of players during an event are like twice the regular amount of players on a normal day. (Don't know whether it happened to you or not) It somewhat makes me angry cuz it takes like 15-20 mins or so for me to get back into the game and it happens quite frequently, not just once. Just wanted to let the developers know, cuz event time is like a paradise for players who wanna get the pokemon they wish for. I really hope I won't face that problem in the upcoming event on 4th May. Just an idiotic player giving his opinion.
