Answered No more high experience points?

I used to gain more experience points (around 3000-3300) when fighting with a team consisting of a 10-15 lvl Pokemon and a 100 lvl Shiny Manaphy at Blaine's. Today I'm gaining only around 1500 experience points with the same similar team at Blaine's. What is the reason, what has changed? Thanks.
