I was recently banned from Pokemon Vortex discord because i said i'm 12 as a joke in the #general channel.Now i want to communicate with other players in the game and advertise my trades and pokebay auctions but there is no way to do those things,even the in-game chatrooms have been removed and Patrick said this in the Pokemon Vortex V4.2 changelog:
 

• Global chatrooms on the in-game chat bar has been removed (Please consider using our Discord to communicate with other players. You can still use the chat bar to talk one-on-one with friends and receive notifications)

 So how do i communicate with other players in a chatroom now?

Whether you were joking or not, it's not a ban that we control. Patrick is REQUIRED to report anyone under the age of 13 to Discord themselves or else he can get into trouble.

People need to realize that even joking that land themselves in hot water.

The most I can say is you'll have to wait it out.
