It is at the same place as the mobile chat. The new thing is that there will be red square with a chat icon instead of the mobile chat icon. Also if someone has sent u a message through a chat u will receive a notification. Also you can chat with your friends in the same tab so there is no need to switch tabs anymore. If u play in pc nothing is changed the chat bar still remsins or u might have accidentally clicked a '< 'or '> ' which would close the chat bar so do it again to open it.
