No mate, It means groudon resist to electric attacks like thunder , zap cannon , bolt strike , fusion bolt and all electric moves. If electric pokemon use other than electric attacks like tackle, bite , scratch , etc ... than it damage to your groudon. =》At last and simply groudon resist electric moves. 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
