I recall Starfall (or a name similar to that) being a city that's at a dead-end of a Route somewhere in the left side of all maps. You go south to reach it. I don't remember which cities or towns you go through to reach it. I haven't made a map for myself. But What I posted above is what I remember from my exploration.
