Unown (0) and Unown (1) (or ze and on) were introduced as part of the 10th year anniversary festivities, and are intended to be used in a future event (Into the Unown pt 2) that for now has been postponed. They're classed as event pokemon as they are not going to be a permanent map encounter and will likely disappear from the maps after their respective event.

They can be found in the Unown Cave on Route 21 and are a part of the "rare" pool, similar to starter pokemon.

Are not there in the in game pokedex they are in the pokedex of wiki and they are under events category. So is it related to the into the unown event ?

The Ze and On are likely referring to the numbers Zero and One.

Unown (0) and Unown (1) do exist within the game. Perhaps the names you listed are old version of their names.
