When an event is announced, it will be announced in the Vortex Discord, on Vortex's main page (the dashboard), and possibly here on the Forums. The Event Center is only used in some events. The announcements I mentioned earlier will state whether the Event Center will be used for that specific event or not. If the Event Center will be used, you will be given a free Event Ticket that you can use to access the Event Center. Outside of events, the Event Center is not used.
