The game has become a lot more fun since the addition of Galar Pokémon, but still feels somewhat inconsistent when some Gen 1~7 Pokémon can't learn moves they got when added to the original games. For instance, while Bisharp can be taught Steel Beam in Vortex, Aggron cannot, despite being able to learn since it was added to Galar. Same with Sharpedo and Close Combat, for example. I believe that'd make the game feel more dynamic overall, giving some beloved Pokémon more options for training/making a top condition team. When a Pokémon is added to the game it’s list of moves available is used as a guideline for us to implement that into the game. With the release of Galar on the switch it has been hard to find a list of all the Pokémon with updated move lists. Checking through the wiki and comparing the move lists with Vortex and the wiki pages for 800+ Pokémon is not a simple task. If a resource was available that lists the updated moves for Galar then it would make our lives much easier in updating them into Vortex, but until then not much we can do in updating them one by one sorry.
