Answered Does anybody know the exact encounter rate for Manaphe?

I'm just curious because I was at Stillwater Quarry attempting to catch Suicune and then I learned that you can only catch it there at night, so instead I decided to go to the water to try and find Manaphe and literally on my very first initial step into the water I encountered a Level 69 Manaphe..... The odds of that happening have to be insane right? I wish I clipped it. I literally thought to myself "Well I guess I'll try to find Manaphe" and then not even 5 seconds later I was in a battle with it.

The exact encounter rates for any Pokémon are not known.
Manaphy and Suicune are both legendary Pokémon, so their encounter rates are the same. What exactly that number is is not public knowledge.
You were just incredibly lucky.

I think the encounter rates are high for more time u hunt in world. doesnt matter the map in my experience. if u hunt for a long time in one place and go to another place i dont think it changes. it didnt change for me so far... legendary rates are same for all leggies, doesnt matter the varities and its the same in events.
