Answered Pokemon promo codes in auction

When someone puts a promo in auction, that person still remmebers the code
when someone pays 1 million and wins the promo code in the auction, can the person who created the auction still redeem the code
even after you payed 1 million in their auction and won it?

To put a promo code up for auction, the code has to be 'packed'. This means the code cannot be used anymore.
Would the code be 'unpacked', a new code will be generated for the same item/Pokémon, making it useful again.
That way the problem you spoke about can be avoided.
