Answered I forgot my password

Hi i forgot my password but the link does not help. There was no email sent and i cannot log in to my account after i believe i have gotten a lot of progress in this game. Is there a way anybody can help?

Hi, 

In order to access your account you need to prove the ownership of your account. By just telling I own that account is no means to claim your account back. There are 2 ways to prove your ownership.

1) If you have your Discord account connected with your in game account you can request the admins to help you.

2) The most common way that is using forgot password. (Check your spam folder sometimes it maybe there)

 

This is why it is always recommended to connect your Discord account with your game account and it is always advised to give real / valid emails you own to help yourself in these situations. 

Maximum what the staff can do is giving you an hint for the email.

Check spam folder in your email... I have recieved mail from PV there couple times in the past.

do u have it saved on pv forums? if u do just look log out look at your password and idk about anyone else but my password is the same for forums and in game log in.
