Answered Blank Screen

I just found this game, and it seemed really cool and I wanted to play it with my friend. My friend and I both made our accounts, however when I try to actually enter the game by clicking Explore, where the game is supposed to appear is just a blank white box, and I can't figure out any way to fix it. My friend didn't have this issue, and neither of us know what could be causing it. All of the other tabs, such as the members list and options tabs work completely fine, it is just the explore tab that doesn't work for me and I don't know why. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can you try using a different web browser to see if this makes a difference?

 

You may want to try Chrome, Firefox and/or the newest version of Edge.

try a different browser, clear cache, or get a better internet connection should work

Other browsers are unfortunately not really an option for me, so if that is likely to be the issue then it is what it is I guess. Thank you anyway
