Feedback move sorting, and natures

so i had a few ideas that may make battles a little more complex, and being able to sort moves. so the first idea i had was, pokemon natures. in every main pokemon game, pokemon have had natures, that increases some stats and lowered some, i think this would make battles a little more interesting, and add even more optimizations to pokemon, and this adds the possibilities of new/custom natures, for example, a nature i made up was bizarre, it increases the damage and lengthens the amount of statues moves, whilst decreasing damage/defense. the other idea that just popped in my head was, being able to sort moves, whilst changing the moves of a pokemon, i find it to be a bit of a annoyance trying to find the moves that i want (this might be a "me" thing once more).
