Unanswered I cant chat with one of my friends

For some reason i can't chat with one of my friends in the chat when he is online i can't see him in the chat. On his side he can see me in the when i am online but can't message me because it says i blocked him even though i didn't. Does anyone know how to solve this.

Users have option to turn chat off, and make himself not available to chat. If player is done so, he will be online, but will not be available to chat with.

Maybe you've applied some sort of setting to your chat? Did you recently play around with the settings? Even if not, try changing the settings up. Hope this helps!
