You can find Darkrown in the Electric & Ghost maps at night. 

Mewtwo (Armor) is a donation only pokemon so you can not find it on the maps. However it isn't available at the moment but it will come back around in the future at some point.

Darkrown is on Ghost Maps.

Mewtwo (Armor) was a donation Pokemon and is not available anymore. You can get it through trade though.
