Answered email wont send to my email after using forgotten password

i try to use the recover password, when i put my email in the box it says go to your email so on and the email does not send to my email ive been waiting like 20 mins now and still hasnt shown up can any one help please?

i have not signed in for like 3/2 years could that be the problem? it still should send to my email if its saying check your email

i saw some other posts and they say something about changing your email could be the problem but i havent changed my email either so i dont understand

All accounts from v2 were deleted. So youll have to make a new one.

whats the ign, it could be possible that your ign has been banned

im not sure thats why i tryed to use email

 

 

and thats why i used the forum because the pokemon vortex v3 requires your username

 

how do you check if your name is on here? like how do i search for my name ill see if i used any i have in mind
