It 100% depends on what you yourself and the other person you're trading with value the Pokemon at. For example, if you are trading with someone who is trying to complete the Metallic Pokédex and they only need a Metallic Froakie to finish it, they will obviously value it a lot higher than most and will over-trade(pay) for it whereas you yourself are not too bothered about giving it away so it would be your chance to get a bit more for your Metallic Froakie. The same applies to legendaries and event Pokémon. It is just dependant on who is trading. Think of what you want for your Pokémon and what you would be willing to give others for theirs - That's their value. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
