Answered Question about same type pokemon

Hi everyone, I was wondering if each pokemon has unique attacking and defending values or it depends on the attack we choose.

Let me give an example, Charizard Mega Y and Moltres are similar type of pokemon. Assuming they are both level 100, and I choose to attack with Flamethrower on the same pokemon, will the damage be the same?

Yes the damage will be the same. Pokemon Vortex doesn't have Stats, EVs and IVs added yet.

Most people don't battle with legendaries on their teams. They are just worth a lot to those who want to complete the dex.

Do we have STABS? For example if i use flamethrower with Charizard X and a Gengar,will the damage be the same or will Gengars damage be low ?

We had STAB since the beginning of Vortex.
