I was looking at the Rotom forms and noticed that there's one Rotom (Spin) in the game (the Dark version). Does anyone know who has it? How do you get one?

 

and I also saw that some of the other forms of Arceus such as Ice (1), Electric (18), and Unknown (29) have copies out in the game. How does one get one of those asides from trading for one?

Rotom (Spin) and Arceus (Ice) were given out from a special giveaway. A giveaway was held where the winner could receive ANY random Pokémon that the code contained.

 

Arceus (Electric) was from a Twitter giveaway I believe.

 

Arceus (Unknown) was from helping Patrick out with certain events and the first Vortex Showdown Battle as the prize.

 

Now as to who owns them, that's personal and if the owners wish to post about it they can.
