If that does not work then talk to a game moderator about it. If you have ad block make sure you take that off because, v4 have ads that are not harmful and that is the only way to play the game. Recommendation try restarting your computer and clearing out your history and not having many tabs open just, one for v4 and this forum, if you want. You can contact them about this.
