@Mr.Magnificent hey bro i needed to clear up a few things about task 3 ( mandatory task no. 2 ) : 

-can we have shiny or shadow pokes too or just dark/mystic/metallic

-do we have to have 10 same dark pokemon eg :  ( 10 dark ditto ) or can we have 10 dark/metallic/mystic same pokemon eg : ( 5 dark dittos, 3 metallic dittos and 2 mystic dittos = 10 same pokes but with different types )  ? 

sorry if these r silly questions but sometimes i don't tend to understand things

1. Get a set of Trubbish with your OT name.
2. Train 10 similar dark/metallic/mystic pokemon (E.g. 10 Dark Ditto) to some amount of exp (according to your calculations) such that the total exp of all 10 pokemons be 567,890 or 657,089. (Manadatory).
3. Work hard and carefully and get your points of any of your account to 300,000.
4. Take an ss of your meals (all 3 meals only) and post here. 

Well, According to this ^ , You can only have dark/mystic/metallic.

That was just an example. But, you need to have same variant of 1 Pokemon. It is not manadatory to have 10 Dittos of same variant. You can have any Pokemon.
