Auke1993 Posted July 26, 2017 Share Posted July 26, 2017 Cosmoem cannot learn new attacks on Vortex due to the fact it cannot learn any new moves in the main games either. It sas Cosmoc Power and Teleport from itself, and Splash from when it was a Cosmog. Stored Power was given to ti to fill up the 4th slot.
