My favourite number is a difficult one. I don't think I have one. I'll go with 156, as that's Quilava's National PokéDex number. Rayquaza can Mega Evolve in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire if it knows the move Dragon Ascent. This can only be done after the Rayquaza in the Delta Episode has been captured. Rayquaza can mega evolve into in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire if it knows the move Dragon Ascent. Before then no Rayquaza wasn't able to mega evolve even if they knew Dragon Ascen until the Rayquaza in the Delta Episode had been captured. My in-game name is Desmond12.
