3 Auke1993 Posted March 2, 2018 Share Posted March 2, 2018 You're likely looking at a Notched Ear Pichu. In Vortex this is called Pichu (Notched). Pichu (Notched) does not evolve. Regular Pichu do evolve. I just checked and the game informed me that Pichu needs to be at Level 3 Happiness minimum to evolve. 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
