Perodigy Posted March 10, 2018 Share Posted March 10, 2018 Hi, I'm very new to this game but I've played my share of pokemon in the past. My question is how do I get starter pokemon? They seem to be quite rare as I've been searching in the water for a few hours hoping to find a squirtle. Are they more common in different areas of the game? Auke1993 Posted March 10, 2018 Share Posted March 10, 2018 (edited) The Starter Pokémon can be caught as normal like most other Pokémon. Their rarity is slightly higer than a 'regular' Pokémon, such as Caterpie, Solrock and Pidove. So you'll likely have to search a bit longer to find the one you're looking for.
