Resolved Hidden electric maps exit?

It looks like the electric map has another exit at this point. When accessed from the right, those blocks can be entered. Not sure whether this was something of an easter egg or a bug.

That's interesting. I'd never noticed that.
The rightmost three boxes on the bottom row can be stood on, with the middle two boxes on the bottom row allowing you to exit the map.
You then end up outside the normal exit of the power plant.
