From Last 5 Days I Cannot Play Vortex On Pc I Get This Error Whenever I Enter The Login Page Of Vortex

This is a problem with your internet or computer. The game has been and is fine.
Honestly that error is too vague for me to be able to suggest anything that would probably work but here's a few ideas that may help you get an idea of what's going on:
Your internet service provider has a block on the website (very unlikely)
There is a third party application blocking access to the website such as a firewall, antivirus or a content filter (by content filter I mean something like what schools use to stop people from going onto chatrooms or games during class)

 

Unfortunately this isn't something I can actually help with since it's a problem on your end and not Pokemon Vortex's so I'm going to close this.
