So, I just bought a magmarizer and got a magby but I'm worried about what will happen once my magby evolves into magmar. This is due to the fact I don't know how to use the magmarizer or equip to the magmar while I trade him. So, how do I trade evolve my magmar?

You don't need to do anything special, just own the item. If you do, just go to the evolve page and hit evolve.
