Rates fluctuate all the time, so there's no definite answer.
Right now, it's worth ~ 50m pokedollars, and around 12-15m exp.
Further information regarding values can be found on the Pokémon Vortex Discord, where there's a handy command that displays monetary value of those sold within the last month.
