[Status effects not working]

Sometimes, they work. But they never work on wild pokemon. Is this part of the mechanics. If it is, then this is not a bug.

There seems to be an issue where attacks that are supposed to have status effects do not do anything anymore. For example, when I use poison powder, it does no damage and it does not inflict any poison status effect.
